After receiving 50 points of rain a couple of weekends ago, followed by beautiful warm sunny weather, Moolooloo is beginning to green up at long last!  Great timing for school holidays…

Our Quandongs are just beginning to ripen and the trees are quite loaded with fruit. We don’t harvest the fruit until it falls to the ground, we then cut the flesh from the seed (which is quite time consuming). Once pitted we lay the fruit on trays in the sun to dry.
