Dust Storm in the Flinders Ranges

After a blustery Grand Final weekend we drove home yesterday. I had been asleep for about 20 minutes (exhausted after celebrating our GF win!) and woke to an awful screeching noise. It was interference on the radio caused by a dust storm!  This picture is taken looking East as we turned onto the Blinman Road from Parachilna. It doesn’t really do the dust storm justice, but as you can see the Ranges are well and truly masked by a cloud of dust!

Thank goodness today is a little calmer!
