Phew, what a stinker it has been this week!  We have been very busy since the start of this year getting ready for shearing, amongst many things, explaining the minimal posts ;D

As it has been so hot here this time around, the kids haven’t been able to spend as much time down at the Wool shed as they’d like to.  I did manage to get a couple of snaps of them enjoying their favourite part of shearing, jumping on the wool bales!

We have another couple of weeks ahead of us but look forward to a break in the weather pattern!

P.S. It has been quite amusing watching Lucky cope with the heat, he jumps in and out of the dogs water bowl all day in an attempt to stay cool – i think even Fergus is contemplating it!
