It’s been a long time between drinks! This photo point was taken after we received 40 points of rain on Tuesday.  We also received 20mls of rain the weekend before however we were away so couldn’t show you any photos of the creek flooding in front of the rain gauge! If you look carefully though, you will notice that the creek is running a little here…

I have also added a couple of photos here of the most magnificent rainbow, unfortunately I couldn’t get the whole thing in my little camera.  And on that note, the camera is a little worse for wear as I dropped it in a flooding creek?! Might be the last photos you see from me for a while !!!

An update on the rain: Since these photos were taken we received another 40 points of rain overnight (Thursday) – we were expecting major flooding as forecast, but we will take what we can get !
