Flinders Ranges B&B Accommodation, SA
Ingredients
500gm lean beef mince
1 cup of breadcrumbs (day old bread the best but bought is ok too)
2 eggs
1 clove of garlic crushed
1 onion finely diced
2 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp tomato sauce
1 heaped Tbsp of Dijon mustard
1/4 cup of chopped parsley
1/2 cup of grated parmesan (fresh)
Season with Salt and cracked pepper.
Mix all together in a bowl (i prefer to get some disposable food handling gloves and mix it up with my hands, however my Aunty tells me that using a Kenwood is just as good!).
Shape into hamburgers or meat balls (as in photo above). Fry in shallow oil, cook on a BBQ or bake in oven, which ever method you prefer. Enjoy!

Found this recipe on the net when looking for some inspiration passed beef mince plus oregano as a recipe.
Well, it looked good, and it didn’t disappoint. It was fantastic. This now goes onto my rotation of weekend Dad cooked meals.
Thanks a lot

Great news. Finding new ideas to add a bit of variety to old favourites and impress the family can always prove to be troublesome! Glad I could be of help. Hope to post some new bomb proof recipes soon.

We have had these a couple of times. I have made them with kangaroo mince and they have been really delicious.
Thanks for posting it.
