I am biased as I think of Innamincka as my second home – but I really enjoy their picnic races and gymkhana.
Mind you – I have spent quite some time at the Copley pub!

The Copley pub, what a spot! On several trips up ‘The Oodnadatta track we have had one or three beers (NOT West End!!) at this pub and can highly recommend this great spot. Did you know that Thursday is ‘Schnitzel night’ with many choices at reduced prices (you dont even have to drink West End) Looking for a great spot to stay in Copley, try Copley Cabins, Dave & Shirley are great hosts.

Thankyou guys for your comments! Yes I agree, Copley is a great little Outback Town with a fantastic pub to boot ;-P I haven’t stayed at the Copley Caravan park but have had the pleasure of meeting Shirley! Great food at the Quandong Cafe too.
I’m guessing by your distaste of ‘West End’ you’re not a Southerner then Peter!
