Terms and Conditions

1. Payment of the B&B accommodation rental fee constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation by the client, the deposit is non-refundable.  If bookings have been paid in full prior to stay the following applies: Bookings cancelled prior to 30 days will incur a 50%cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days will incur a 100% cancellation fee.  All cancellation fees will be held in credit for 6 months for use on mutually agreed alternative dates subject to availability. If bookings are not paid in full the following applies:  If guests cancel within 7 days prior to booking date they will be charged a $50 cancellation fee which will be deducted from the nominated credit card.  Any cancellations or amendments to your booking must be made by phoning (08)86484861. 

Please call a couple of days prior to arrival to confirm key collection. 

3. The operators will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However, the operators reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. The client making the booking must be 18 years or over and agree to take full responsibility for the temporary rental of the property. Credit Card details, home address and land line phone number will be required when placing your booking. * Additional charges (breakages, call outs, extra guests etc.) will be charged to your Credit Card and you will be notified in writing of these charges.

5. To secure your booking, a deposit is required to be paid within 7 days of booking. The Deposit is equal to one nights accommodation (your first night). Payment may be made by credit card (Bankcard, Visa, MasterCard only), cash, cheque, or direct debitinto our bank A/C (as highlighted in confirmation letter that will be posted out to you once booking has been received). For Christmas, Easter, June/July and Sept/Oct school holiday bookings, the balance must be paid 30-days prior to the commencement of the booking.

6. Credit Card payments of the balance owing must be paid no less than two days prior to arrival. Credit Card payments will not be accepted at collection of keys.

7. Payment by Credit Card is subject to an administration fee equal to 2% of the total transaction value.

8. Keys will be made available from our nominated agent once payment has been received in full.  Should you be arriving after business hours, please let us know in advance so that alternate key arrangements can be made. Upon departure all keys are to be returned to our nominated agent. Should you be departing outside office hours, please place the keys in post box at our nominated agent’s premises.

9. All premises are to be left in a satisfactory clean and tidy state, including all garbage wrapped and emptied into outside garbage bin at the bottom of the drive and washing up done. In the event of excessive cleaning requirements, an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest’s account.

10. Pets are not allowed inside under any circumstances at Nuccaleena Cottage.We are happy, providing you have made prior arrangements with us, for you to bring your pets if they stay outside and you agree to clean up any mess after them.  Any damage to the property due to animals will be charged to guest’s account.

11. Linen is included in your tariff. Due to health requirements all guests are required to use sheets and pillow cases.  Pleasedo not sleep in or use any unmade beds.

12. Smoking is not permitted insideNuccaleena Cottage.Smoking pots are provided outside for smoker’s convenience, we would appreciate if you would use them.

13. Furniture, fixtures and fittings are not to be altered or moved between rooms or properties.  The BBQ must remain on the outside back veranda.

14. Any damage, breakage or loss of furniture, furnishings, equipment, locks or keys is to be reported immediately and paid for at cost and will be deducted from your Credit Card, other than acceptable wear and tear. Please note, that our cleaners do a detailed inventory check both before and after your occupation.

15. The number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice.  Additional fees of $25 per person per night will apply for excess guests not notified to the operators in advance. These will be deducted from your Credit Card.

16. The operators take no responsibility for the client’s personal property left on the premises.

17. Check-out time is 10:00am. Check-in time is 2:00pm. The client must vacate the property by the check-out time unless agreed with the operators in advance that they may stay longer. Without prior agreement, additional late departure fees will apply at the nightly rate.

18. Under no circumstances should keys be left on the premises.

19. For call outs, outside of office hours, a $25.00 fee will be levied. i.e. if you lose your keys or lock yourselves out.
